About Parenting Solutions

Hello! My name is Jude and I am married with two children and two gorgeous grandsons who keep me on my toes. 

Throughout my working life I have enjoyed helping parents and carers who needed that extra bit of support or advice, especially around behaviour, routines and / or sleep. 

I worked for the Local Authority (LA) for 28 years, facilitating  behaviour management and inclusion training to schools, early years settings and community groups, as well as specific researched, evidence- based early intervention programmes to parents and carers. I have supported parent and carers who have children or young  people from birth to 17 years. 

Parenting Solutions use many of the principles from the early intervention programmes but rather than group work with other parents, Parenting Solutions offers parents / carers a bespoke package of support specifically for the families needs. 

Whilst working with the LA I qualified as a teacher with a BA Honours Degree from Plymouth University.

When I retired from the LA my passion to help, support and advise parents and carers continued, leading to me to set up Parenting Solutions. It was a natural step to take and one that gives me great joy to see families succeed.
