DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Data Protection Policy (DPP) is to ensure the confidentiality,

integrity, and availability of the company's data, and to comply with all applicable

laws and regulations related to data protection.

2. Scope

This DPP applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and other individuals or entities

that handle the company's data, including but not limited to personal data, confidential

data, and sensitive data.

3. Data Classification

The company will classify its data according to the level of sensitivity and the level of

protection required. The company will implement appropriate controls and procedures to

protect data based on its classification.

4. Data Governance

Parenting Solutions will establish a Data Governance framework to ensure compliance

with this DPP and all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection. The Data

Governance framework will include:

• Data Ownership: Parenting Solutions will identify the data owners and assign responsibility for data protection.

• Data Processing: Parenting Solutions implement appropriate controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with this DPP and all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection.

• Data Retention: Parenting Solutions will implement appropriate controls and procedures to ensure data retention in compliance with this DPP and all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection.

• Data Access: Parenting Solutions will implement appropriate controls and procedures to ensure data access is limited to authorised individuals only.

• Data Backup: Parenting Solutions will implement appropriate controls and procedures to ensure data backup and disaster recovery.

• Data Incident Management: Parenting Solutions will implement appropriate controls and procedures to detect, respond, and report data incidents.

5. Data Security

Parenting Solutions will implement appropriate controls and procedures to protect data

from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Parenting Solutions

Will implement appropriate controls and procedures to protect data during transmission

and storage.

6. Compliance

As a sole trader I will handle the company's data,I am responsible for compliance

with this DPP.

7. Review and Updates

This DPP will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in technology,

company policies, and legal requirements.
